1. When is my order shipping? 
To provide you with the widest selection of promo and apparel products, most items on
www.SiteOneShop.com are produced on a per order basis. Once an order is placed, we order your goods and will embroider or screen-print them. As soon as your order is complete, we ship directly to the address you selected. Most orders ship within 10-20 business days depending on the stock of products.
 

 

2. Need something in a hurry? Use QUICK SHIP!
www.SiteOneShop.com has added a Quick Ship section featuring our most popular items. We attempt to fill and ship out all Quick Ship orders within 24 hours of the order being placed.

  • Orders placed before 12 PM PST can be shipped out the same day, but please note that ALL items in your order must be selected from the Quick Ship category to ship on the same day. Selecting items not from Quick Ship could delay your order.

Any orders that you wish to purchase with the "Payroll Deduction" payment method should not be ordered from Quick Ship due to the approval process required by HR/Payroll Support.
 

 

3. What if my order is not what I expected/ordered?
To receive a return authorization, or for questions on returns or exchanges, please email
Returns@Prografx.com and include Name, Phone Number, Branch Number, and Order Number.

 

Return Policy:

  • All items MUST be in New/Resaleable Condition (clean and unwashed).
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt of order. 
  • Co-Branded items are NOT ELIGIBLE for return or exchange.

 

 

4. What if I have a pending event with a critical due date?
Our inventory changes daily. The best way to ensure the availability of products for critical due dates is to call our customer service team at 1-800-827-0525. We will do our absolute best to ship your order on time. Our hours of business are Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM PST. Shipping hours are 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM PST. 

 

 

5. How do I check my order status?
You may give our Customer Service Team a call at 1-800-827-0525 during our business hours of Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5 PM PST. If you enter a working email address at the time you place your order you may receive a FedEx notification when your order has been shipped.
 

 

6. What if my order has already been placed and I need to make a change to it?
Please call our customer service team at 1-800-827-0525. Please have your order number ready if available.
 

 

7. What does it mean to use the “Payroll Deduction” method of payment?
When you choose “payroll deduction” as the payment method the entire cost of your order (including shipping charges) is deducted from your paycheck based on the following:

  • Orders under $100 will be deducted at the rate of $10 per pay period.
  • Orders over $100 will be deducted at the rate of $20 per pay period.  
  • No “payroll deduction” purchases permitted for orders over $300.

Note: In the event of your separation from SiteOne Landscape Supply any unpaid balance will be deducted from your final paycheck
 

 

8. I placed my order with expedited shipping. Why hasn’t it shipped yet?

Please ensure your items are marked as Quick Ship to facilitate the fastest possible service, as all other items are produced per order and are subject to the 10-20 day production time. Please note: Orders are typically held and shipped when ALL items are available and produced. If an order is placed with a combination of Quick Ship items and Non-Quick Ship items, it will be held and shipped out using the selected shipping method once ALL items are available and produced. 10. Are there any additional freight charges for orders partially shipped or back-ordered?
There are no additional freight charges on partially shipped or back-ordered items if the delay in shipping your order complete was due to store inventory.
 

11. Can I send you my own shirts and have you embroider the SiteOne logo onto them?
No. SiteOne Landscape Supply has established this store to facilitate a uniform, yet versatile, employee look with products that are consistent in representing the new company branding.

 

 

Gift Card Redemption Instructions

Gift Cards are to be used to purchase items only at www.SiteOneShop.com

 

To Redeem Your Gift Card: 

  • Set up an account and/or Login to your account at www.SiteOneShop.com
    • Failure to set up an account will keep us from managing your account balance for you. 
  • Access your Account Dashboard by double clicking on your name.
  • Activate your Gift Card by entering the code on the back of your card. (Repeat the process if you have additional cards to download).
  • After selecting your desired items, follow the purchase instructions.
  • At the time of Check-out, be sure to click on the PAYMENT page.
  • Click the button that says Apply Account Balance.
